No Weapon

Isaiah 54:17 KJV No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.

Isaiah 54:17 AMP But no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall show to be in the wrong. This [peace, righteousness, security, triumph over opposition] is the heritage of the servants of the Lord [those in whom the ideal Servant of the Lord is reproduced]; this is the righteousness or the vindication which they obtain from Me [this is that which I impart to them as their justification], says the Lord.

So. You don’t think God can handle your problem? It’s too big? It’s too complicated? People are too evil; too powerful?

Oh, you do think God can handle it. Yet you worry. Worry is your way of saying you don’t believe God is control. Did you know that? I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Worry is an attempt to self-control. It does not work. Take it from me. I was the Queen of Worry. I was a PROFESSIONAL worrier. Guess what it got me: SICK. REALLY SICK.

Read what Isaiah is saying here. Nothing that comes against you can take you down! Not if you let God handle it. Try handling it on your own…yep, it can get you! What does it say those who follow the Lord inherit? Peace. Righteousness. Security. Triumph over opposition. WOW! That’s what I want!

Let’s learn to give it ALL to God. It is a learned process. You may have to retrain yourself. Ask Him to help you. He will.

Make it an empowering day!
